What makes Boom Clean so “safe?”
We have taken the utmost care to make a cleanser that is good for the skin as well as the body. Boom Clean is: paraben-free, eco-friendly, pH-neutral, non-drying, non-comedogenic, soap-free, perfume-free, dye-free, SLS-free, residue-free, and cruelty-free.

Will I experience any dryness or irritation?
No. This cleanser gently removes dirt, makeup and pollutants without stripping your skin of its nutrients and moisture. However, unexpected reactions can always occur. If you experience any discomfort when using Boom Clean, discontinue use and consult your physician.

I see alcohol listed as an ingredient. Isn’t alcohol drying for your skin?
We understand your concern that alcohol can be drying to the skin, but please know when formulating this cleanser, it was especially important to us that Boom Clean would maintain and encourage hydrated and beautiful skin. The first time we list alcohol within our ingredients is because it was used in the distillation process to extract all the benefits of the witch hazel plant. During this process, freshly cut leaves and twigs are combined with alcohol, which works to extract the oils from the plant. Once the distillation is complete, the end result leaves us with 86% natural, beautiful oils and 14% alcohol. The Witch Hazel Water (and) alcohol is important within our formula as it functions as a skin conditioning agent. It improves the appearance of dry or damaged skin and helps to reduce flaking as well as restore the suppleness of skin.

Boom Clean does also contain phenethyl alcohol, which occurs naturally in the environment. It is produced by microorganisms, plants, and animals and works to prevent or slow bacterial growth, making it a great and natural alternative to the use of parabens. It will not be drying for your skin.

Can I use Boom Clean every day?
Yes, it is gentle enough to use every day, morning and night.

Is this product tested on animals?
No! None of our products are ever tested on animals.

How do I use this product?
Squeeze a small amount in your hand, rub it together and blend it all around your face and neck. Then simply rinse it off with water or with a washcloth, whichever you prefer.

Can I use this as a body wash?
Yes you can. Follow the same instructions as above.

Should I apply moisturizer after using this cleanser?
Yes! A good moisturizer creates a barrier between your skin and the outside world, keeping dirt, makeup and pollutants from absorbing into your body. When you use Boom Clean to wash all this impurities away, you want to replace that barrier with a high-quality moisturizer. We recommend Boomsilk, Boom Cotton or Boomstick Glo.
