Meet Karen: What Makes Her Feel Alive
Tons of friends. Work she adores. Life itself. At 72, Karen has a long list of what makes her feel alive.
Karen also has a specific way of making herself feel alive. Get the details in this video.
What makes me feel alive would be my consciousness about life. I love to teach Pilates. I love helping people. I love meditating. I have tons of friends.
Just being alive makes me feel alive, I guess.
And I also thank myself sometimes. I'll say to myself, "You did a good job, Karen. That's good." And I guess I need to say it, though it's very kind of spontaneous.
It's because I guess I never felt I had enough strokes. Not from people around me, but from my family and other experiences in my life, so it's a process.
Life doesn't stop. It keeps changing. And first, you're a child. And then, you're a professional. And then, you're a grandma. And then, who knows?
